Danielle Pope

Born and raised in Cottonwood heights, Danielle has always had an entrepreneurial spirit,  a love for business and for real estate. She graduated from High School at the age of 17 with a college Associate degree in Cosmetology and Business. Danielle, along with her husband Dave, bought their first duplex at the age of 21. They lived on one side and rented the other side out while they built their businesses. Two years later at the age of 23, Danielle bought a full service day spa where she did hair and managed/employed 18 employees. 

In 2004, Danielle and her Husband took their love of real estate to the next level when they moved to Ohio to open a full service real estate investment firm. They helped investors buy, fund, fix, tenant and manage their investment portfolios. They successfully helped investors create a passive income for their retirement until the crash of 2008 when banks would no longer lend on non-owner occupied properties. They handed over the property management of well over 100 properties to a business associate and moved back to Utah.

Danielle took her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes to the world of real estate once again, by becoming a Utah Realtor in 2016. Danielle has built a reputation for outstanding service helping buyers, sellers and investors with all their real estate needs. Danielle is honest, loyal and driven! She views all of her clients like family and represents them as though they are. 

Danielle is married to an amazing man and has two beautiful, talented kids! In her free time you will find her working out and watching her children in their sports. Danielle loves enjoying the great outdoors by riding motorcycles, Razoring, hiking, camping and traveling.
