This is a great home! It definitely needs TLC but mainly just for cosmetic purposes. It has paid-ff solar panels, and as it's currently set up it has a 3/1 upstairs and a 2/1 basement apartment. We were going to have it painted and get new flooring and list it for sale, but we figured before doing anything to it we'd first give somebody an opportunity to get some sweat equity. We'd probably even be open to adding a budget on to the $350k price for anything the buyer wants to have done to it before closing. (Ie: we have somebody ready to do new paint, could easily do carpet, or new kitchen cabinets, etc, and just add that on to the price). We just had it appraised and it came back at $425,000 (can share the appraisal if interested). The side door in the carport is currently just an entrance to the basement apartment (with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom). But it looks like it used to be all connected to the upstairs, with an entrance to the basement from the upstairs kitchen, so we expect it could all probably be changed back to be like that if somebody didn't want the basement apartment. Come check it out ASAP! PLEASE SEE PRIVATE REMARKS for best phone number for Owner/Broker
