Terry Bickmore

Terry Bickmore is the Broker/Owner of Bickmore and Associates Realty and has worked as a “full time” licensed realtor in the State of Utah since 2004. He is one of the top producing agents in the Wasatch Front Region, yearly landing in the Top 500 agent rankings. (Although the stats aren’t released, his personal production would place Terry in the top 2% of agents in our marketplace.) Suffice it to say, he helps a lot of folks realize their real estate dreams, working with buyers, sellers and investors.

Terry grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area but moved to Utah to attend college in 1981 and has called Utah home for most of the past 39 years.

He clearly has the entrepreneurial spirit! After graduating from Brigham Young University Terry began working with the family business full time, helping grow the business into one of the top Beverage Distribution Companies in the state. Along the way he became a franchisee for Subway Sandwiches and Zuka/Jamba Juice and was an owner operator of stores in Utah, Nevada, California and Texas. They sold their last franchise in 1999 and Terry became a licensed Stockbroker from 2000 -2004. All of this work experience helped Terry develop a love for people and problem solving which led him to launching his real estate career back in 2004. His work ethic, integrity and attention to detail have helped him become a Top Agent.

Terry has been married to his “Best Friend” Kimberly Ann for 35 years. They have 4 incredible children and 8 marvelous grandchildren! When not working or spending time with family, Terry loves reading, watching great movies, serving others through various church opportunities and hanging out on a beach anywhere!
