We enjoyed our experience working with Terry. He sold our house within 24 hours. Overall he was helpful and I believe he sold it for more than what we would have sold it, had we used another agency. Unfortunately I’m unable to include some of the other agencies names in this review... There are  new postings in the same neighborhood for less and they've remained listed for two weeks now... Terry Bickmore and his team are unreal professionals. EXTREMELY responsive. They ALWAYS got back to me within an hour. Even in the evening and on Saturdays. Terry took the time to thoroughly understand our wants and needs for a house, and continually sought properties that would meet those desires. He patiently talked through all of our concerns when we had them, and was always calm and reassuring when there were the inevitable bumps in the road during the actual escrow process. He inspired confidence in us that our house purchase would be successful, and it was! Terry was immediately responsive to our texts and phone calls, and always kept us up-to-date on everything we needed to know. On the rare occasion that Terry was unable to meet or talk to us due to other commitments, he always had his wonderful staff as back up who stepped right in, at his request, and instantly took care of our concerns. Even after our escrow closed, and WHILE HE WAS ON VACATION, Terry handled a few minor issues that cropped up through no fault of his or ours, but due to the less experienced realtor for the sellers.
